Kim Franklin

A marine/mechanical engineer by trade that evolved into automation control and intuitive operation system design/application for marine and industrial operating processes. A skill set that transitioned into the design/build of comprehensive building management operating systems, commercial and residential.

  • An acute understanding and appreciation for process, accuracy and functional design that delivers a favourable result without compromise.

  • A pragmatic approach to problem solving from a context of integrity, honesty and value to all parties.

  • Property owner in his teens with an early appreciation for real estate investment being a vehicle to achieving mid to long term goals.

  • First foray into the property industry as sales/building design consultant for a prominent Canterbury building and land development company from 1989/93. Recognising and understanding the many aspects of the property development process from this opportunity.

  • Furthered his experience working for two other large Real Estate firms since that time, earning wide acclaim and recognition as a top agent in the respective offices – Ray White, Remax.

  • Established his own Ray White City living office in Christchurch’s central city ‘SOL Square’ which closed following the Canterbury earthquake of February 22nd, 2011.

  • Took the opportunity to quantify all his accumulated life experience to date over a short period after this event. Shared an idea with a like-minded individual Mike Early which progressed to the founding involvement and establishment of Bellamy’s – everything property.

  • Throughout his career he derived the most satisfaction from understanding his client's requirements, be they property buyers or sellers, investors - to methodically achieve their desired outcome without concession. A simple philosophy, but one which is all too often forgotten when in the confines of a corporate system that focuses on the bottom line and not on the people.

  • To establish a reputation that is based on a premise of professional acumen, that covers every aspect of a property transaction, Bellamy’s presents a unique proposition to create a service that genuinely does focus on the client, not a commission. The offering delivers the widest range of property-related services in a package designed to revolutionise the client experience that surpasses the general industry standard.

  • There is an opportunity to just do more for our clients concerning all associated and essential products and services related to property ownership. Without the restrictions of an outdated corporate line and minimal thinking, we basically outperform our competition by adding value that is simply beyond this industry’s expectation…

Mike Early

Mike Early has never been far away from real estate investment, with his first property purchase at an early age and a steady acquisition continuing to this day. Being involved with the rural machinery supply and maintenance sector for most of his working life, Mike saw an opportunity in rural bare land investments which has been the foray into large residential and rural subdivisions, project management, joint ventures and direct sales that keep him busy these days. Gaining his license to practice in the real estate industry directly was a natural progression. His wealth of knowledge in this area is a huge asset to the company, especially when maximising the property value for his clients.
