Your investment will be secured in a pool of first mortgages over residential and commercial property within our strict LVR limits.

Free from Reserve Bank LVR restrictions, our offer is structured around an exit strategy when making lending decisions. It is essential to establish the ability to refinance with a mainstream lender at the end of the interim term.
Real Estate Portfolio Diversification
A spread of residential and commercial lending within progressive New Zealand locations, with an interest in Turn-Key construction or Bridging loans only.
Competitive Rates of Annual Return
Dividends will be made back to investors within the Limited Partnership. The return is currently calculated at a 7.0%pa, and paid quarterly in arrears.
Security on Lending
All lending will be secured by first mortgage security in favour of Bellamy's Mortgage Securities Limited, on behalf of the Limited Partnership. The purpose of any lending will be strictly limited to property only.
